Book a consultation

30 minutes, and you will know where the time goes

No preparation, no obligation, and a written summary afterwards whether or not we work together.

Picking a time does not hold it — it is yours when you send the form below, and we will say so straight away. There are 5 more days open in the next fortnight; say so in the form if none of these work.

What actually happens

Three parts, and the first one asks nothing of you.

Before: nothing

No forms to fill in, no deck to read, no data to gather. If you arrive with nothing but the problem, that is enough — working out what to measure is part of the call.

During: thirty minutes, mostly questions

Where the repetitive work actually is, which systems disagree with each other, and who is holding it together by hand. We will say plainly if we think there is nothing here worth automating.

After: a written summary, yours either way

A short note on what we heard, what looks worth doing and roughly what it would take. No obligation, and no follow-up sequence.

Or tell us when suits you

Four fields. Say roughly when works and we will come back with times.

A sentence or two is plenty. The specifics are what the call is for.

A few optional questions— they help us arrive at the call already useful
What are you running today?(optional)

Whatever you actually use — including spreadsheets, and including the thing somebody built years ago. Separate several with commas.

Where do customer records live?

Where do support requests arrive?

What do you quote and close in?

What runs the work itself?

Where is what your team knows written down?

We keep what you send here — your name, address, company and message — to reply to you and to understand which services people ask about. We do not sell it, we do not add you to a mailing list from this form, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by replying to our answer. What we collect, and for how long.

Common questions

How long is the consultation?
Thirty minutes. We keep to it — if there is more to cover, we will say so and book properly rather than overrunning.
What should I bring?
Nothing. It helps if someone who does the repetitive work can join, because they know where the time goes better than anyone describing it, but that is a preference and not a requirement.
Is it a sales call?
It is a diagnostic call. You get a written summary of what we heard whether or not we work together, and we will tell you when the honest answer is that a process should stay manual.
What does it cost?
Nothing. The consultation is free, and there is no obligation at the end of it.
What if none of the times suit me?
Use the form on this page and say roughly when works. We will reply within one business day with times that fit.
